The Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP) Board of Directors, in its fourth session, laid the groundwork for the park’s next phase of expansion in a high-level meeting presided over by Sheikha Bodour Al Qasimi. The park has become one of the fastest-growing technology parks in the region thanks to its incredible accomplishments from the previous year.

At the renowned BEEAH Group headquarters, industrial, academic, and governmental players gathered for the summit, which aimed to enhance Sharjah’s standing as a premier regional centre for innovation.

Sheikha Bodour thanked the board members and emphasised the value of forming strong cross-sector collaborations as she opened the meeting. As a national innovation model, SRTIP continues to open up revolutionary potential through the synergy of industry, research, and policy. Our common goal is to produce significant results in the areas of manufacturing, mobility, sustainability, and healthcare that are most important to the future of our society,” she said.

During his presentation of 2024’s highlights, SRTIP CEO Hussain Al Mahmoudi highlighted advancements in significant projects, business growth, and future expansion. With a renewed emphasis on infrastructure preparedness, tenant expansion, and luring in new, innovative businesses, he presented the view for 2025.
