Sharing her story of overcoming such phases, Neetu says, “In 2002, following graduation (Master of Computer Application) amidst a recession, I faced the challenge of finding employment without the benefit of on-campus recruitment. Undeterred, I embarked on a journey from the ground up, leveraging resilience, determination, and a passion for continuous learning to carve my path to success.

Upon relocating to Dubai after marriage, I encountered unfamiliarity with the UAE job market. Nevertheless, fuelled by determination, I secured a position in a prominent company within just two months, eventually earning a permanent placement.

Throughout my career, I have pursued ongoing growth and development, obtaining certifications, acquiring new skills, and actively engaging in business excellence initiatives.
