On Monday, Adnec Group, a fully owned subsidiary of Modon Holding, declared that it had finalised agreements to purchase all of the stock in Royal Catering Services LLC, a catering service provider with headquarters in Abu Dhabi. Royal Catering has over 2,500 workers and can provide over 50,000 meals daily.

Royal Catering is known for providing top-notch services throughout the United Arab Emirates, catering to important sectors like energy, defence, healthcare, and education. Royal meals is a flexible supplier in the industry because it provides supplementary services like lodging in addition to meals. Royal Catering and Adnec’s rapidly expanding Capital Catering company will rank among the biggest and most competitive caterers in the Abu Dhabi market.

By adding multiple top-notch catering facilities to its asset base, Royal Catering will broaden Capital Catering’s business focus beyond aviation, defence, and healthcare and boost its production capacity.
