Dr. Al Awar shared these insights during the awards ceremony for the winners of the third UAE Award for Pioneering in the Labour Market, held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). He highlighted, “This celebration of leading practices in the labour market supports the vision of our wise leadership to build a competitive knowledge-based economy, enhance the business environment, and shape the future economy. The UAE is becoming one of the world’s fastest-growing economies, achieving outstanding performance levels.
He further noted that the UAE’s labour market ranks first globally in many competitiveness indicators, reflecting national pride and inspiring continued efforts. This success is a product of collaboration between the private sector and a workforce with both national and international expertise.
