The Dubai Land Department launched the second phase of the Dubai Real Estate Brokers Program and opened registration for the first 1,000 new participants from UAE nationals, continuing the journey of developing Emirati talent, empowering them to engage in the real estate sector, and enhancing their role in sustainable development. This was done in line with the emirate’s vision to continue excellence and leadership, under the direction of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice.
Mohamed Ali Alabbar, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Founder of Emaar, and Eng. Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita, the Director General of the Dubai Land Department, were present at the ceremony where the announcement was made. His Highness the Ruler of Dubai introduced the Dubai Social Agenda 33, which includes the Dubai Real Estate Brokers Program. In order to ensure self-sufficiency and social and familial stability, the initiative seeks to increase the number of Emiratis employed in the private sector. In a broader sense, it advances the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which centres on integrating 65,000 members of the new Emirati generation into the workforce. This will further solidify Dubai’s standing as a global centre for excellence and innovation and a magnet for national talent.
