The new digital program, Innovate in Sharjah, a smart gateway linking international innovators to Sharjah’s infrastructure, laboratories, and research facilities, was perfectly showcased at InnoEX 2025, which took place during Business of Innovation & Technology Week. The joint participation, which had as its theme the launch of this service, sought to promote the platform to international stakeholders, strengthening Sharjah’s standing as a regional centre for industrial development and innovation while assisting with larger initiatives to draw high-value investments from knowledge-based industries.
The delegation was headed by Juma Abdulla Alhaj, Director of Strategic Communications and Marketing at SRTIP; Marwan Saleh Alichla, Director of Investment Promotion and Support at Invest in Sharjah; and H.E. Mohamed Juma Al Musharrkh, CEO of Invest in Sharjah.
Business executives, technological companies, foreign direct investment (FDI) agencies, and companies from Asia and other regions come together at InnoEX 2025, a crucial global platform. The purpose of the event is to facilitate investment flows between Hong Kong and important areas, such as the Gulf, and to build cross-border economic ties. With developments in generative AI, smart infrastructure, and customised digital solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, this year’s edition was centred on new technology.
