President of the United Arab Emirates His Highness In their discussions, Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Aleksandar Vučić, the president of the Republic of Serbia, discussed a number of areas of cooperation, with a particular emphasis on trade, investment, technology, food security, renewable energy, and other areas that support the countries’ shared development goals and interests. As part of the UAE and Serbia’s comprehensive economic and strategic cooperation, the discussions were conducted.
During his working visit to Serbia, President Vučić greeted Sheikh Mohamed and confirmed that the visit demonstrates the two nations’ shared commitment to strengthening their collaboration in support of their citizens’ hopes for future development and prosperity.
The two leaders also discussed a variety of topics of shared interest on a regional and global level. Sheikh Mohamed emphasized in this regard that the UAE prioritises conversation and diplomacy in order to resolve conflicts and deal with crises, and it believes in the value of collaboration.
Furthermore, emphasising the UAE’s significance in forming development-focused relationships with all countries in the region for the benefit of their peoples, he reiterated the UAE’s commitment to promoting peace and stability in the Balkans.
In order to promote progress and prosperity for both nations and their citizens, the parties stated their mutual desire in pursuing further efforts to deepen UAE-Serbia ties. Additionally, they emphasized the value of cooperation in promoting regional and global peace, stability, and prosperity.
