Within the first 48 hours of accepting applications, Dubai’s Museum of the Future had over 20,000 completed applications, and the campaign’s official website garnered 42,000 hits. The overwhelming response demonstrates a great interest in the new job opportunities and the museum’s novel strategy to discovering and attracting talent. The campaign, which launched on October 21st, seeks individuals to be the human face of the Museum’s rebuilt visitor experience when it reopens in 2027.

Unlike traditional recruiting methods, the search prioritises imagination, curiosity, emotional intelligence, warmth, and adaptability when assessing individuals, with no prior museum or customer-service experience required.

Azza AlNuaimi, COO of the Museum of the Future, stated, “The response in the first 48 hours demonstrates tremendous interest in professional prospects that value human potential beyond what is printed on a CV. Dubai values seeing potential beyond traditional avenues, and Future Perfects exemplifies this philosophy. We believe what makes someone uniquely human may also make them Future Perfect. Shaping the future takes more than information; it requires the ability to make that knowledge relevant and accessible to others. The Museum’s recruitment staff has begun reviewing applications, with candidates scheduled to take exams, undergo shortlisting, and appear for final live auditions before an expert judging panel.
