The 10th edition of the Mother of the Nation (MOTN) Festival will be held by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) from November 28th, 2026 to January 3rd, 2027, and will include more than five weeks of family entertainment in Abu Dhabi City, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra.
This year’s World of Wonder edition, created by Brag, includes three new themed zones in Abu Dhabi City, plus new food ideas, rides, gaming, and live entertainment for the first time in Abu Dhabi.
The festival takes place at Al Mugheirah Bay in Al Dhafra Region and Al Jahili Park in Al Ain Region from November 28 to December 2, and at Abu Dhabi Corniche from December 9, 2026 to January 3, 2027.
In Abu Dhabi City, visitors will go through three dimensions, each carefully designed for a different age group and interest. Melting Aurora, a fun world brimming with colour, creativity, and discovery, is geared toward younger guests, whilst Beyond the Sky appeals to teenagers and young adults with a more dynamic, immersive environment centred on exploration and new experiences.
The Golden Hour makes life easier for everyone, bringing family and friends together to sample new-to-Abu Dhabi culinary innovations and viral food trends, see A-list performances and entertainment, browse and shop, and simply spend time together.
