In order to discuss ways to strengthen the economic partnership between the UAE and Argentina in areas where both countries have interests, Abdulla Bin Touq Al Marri, Minister of Economy and Tourism, met three times with Luis Caputo, Minister of Economy, Daniel Scioli, Secretary of Tourism, Environment and Sports, and Pablo Quirno Magrane, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship in Argentina.
Meetings were held while Bin Touq was leading the UAE delegation at the 30th International Tourism Fair (FIT 2026) in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from September 26th to the 29th. During the meetings, Bin Touq stated that the UAE and Argentina’s relations are improving, thanks to a shared goal and a shared determination to increase collaboration and partnership opportunities in a range of areas, including the economy and tourism.
According to him, this shows the potential benefits of bilateral relations and lends credence to the idea that the two nations may work together to form stronger and longer-lasting alliances in the future.
During his discussion with Caputo, Bin Touq addressed potential ways to enhance economic collaboration and discover fresh paths for collaboration in vital areas, such as the emerging economy, renewable energy, technology, infrastructure, mining, logistics, and food and agriculture.
