DUBAI: During the first half of 2026, Nasdaq Dubai recorded $13.8 billion in new fixed income listings across 33 issuances, demonstrating the strength of Dubai’s debt capital markets and solidifying the exchange’s position as a reliable venue for regional and global issuers. International issuers made up 43% of listings, while UAE-based issuers accounted for 57%. The market activity during the first half showed a very balanced reach across regional boundaries. The total value of outstanding debt securities listed on Nasdaq Dubai at the end of the first half of 2026 was $141 billion, consisting of $42.4 billion in bonds and $98.6 billion in Sukuk.

Strong Issuance Volumes: Nasdaq Dubai had 33 fixed income listings totaling $13.8 billion, which included 16 Sukuk listings totaling $5.97 billion and 17 bond listings totaling $7.83 billion. Market Depth: The $141 billion in outstanding listings on Nasdaq Dubai demonstrate the breadth and depth of the country’s fixed income market. Program Establishments: To support future debt capital market activity, the $5 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Program of Mashreq, the $8 billion Trust Certificate Issuance Program of Almasar C.I. Ltd. (MTR Corporation), and the $5 billion Medium Term Note (MTN) Program of Arab Bank for Investment and Foreign Trade PJSC (Al Masraf) were established during the first half.
