In order to build the first waterfront standalone branded homes under Hilton’s flagship Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand in the Middle East and Africa, Prestige One Developments and the multinational hospitality corporation Hilton (NYSE: HLT) have reached a historic partnership. Senior Hilton executives, including Daniel Wakeling, Vice President Development Luxury & Residential, EMEA, and Feras Hasbini, Managing Director, Development Branded Residences, EMEA, were present at the signing ceremony, which took place in Dubai, along with Sulaiman Saifi, Vice Chairman, and Ajmal Saifi, CEO of Prestige One Developments.
The project will bring the legendary hospitality that has distinguished the Hilton brand for generations into the comfort of residents’ private residences, allowing owners to experience the brand’s signature consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
It is situated at one of Dubai’s most prestigious waterfront locations. The 40-story structure will provide 360-degree, unhindered views of the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai skyline, and Arabian Gulf. One-, two-, and three-bedroom condos, as well as several upscale penthouses, will make up the project. Additionally, residents will take advantage of a carefully chosen assortment of outstanding facilities and customised experiences.
