To celebrate International Women’s Day, the Dubai Women’s Wing of the Pakistan Business Council (PBC) has organised a special Suhoor. Celebrating women’s power, tenacity, and priceless contributions to the community created an inspiring and connecting environment.
According to Anum H. Baqai, Head of Women Empowerment at PBC, the main goal of the Suhoor event was to recognise and encourage women in leadership and industry, acknowledging their vital role in advancing social and economic advancement. The gathering went beyond a simple celebration to establish a forum for insightful discussion, information exchange, and cooperative networking.
To build a strong support system and develop the community, the Pakistan Business Council Dubai Women’s Wing is dedicated to increasing its visibility and influence and drawing more women to its platform. “This is a time for cooperation rather than rivalry. Our progress as a group will be more sustainable as we work together and develop as a team,” she continued.
Dr. Farah Qadir conducted an interactive session on “Business Psychology” as part of the evening. The workshop generated lively debates and deepened participants’ comprehension of the psychological dynamics in the business world. It also gave participants useful tools and perspectives.
