His Highness the President His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Emir of Kuwait, has received a message of congratulations from Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on the first anniversary of his coronation.
His Majesty The Vice President, Prime Minister, and ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and His Highness Similar notes were also sent to His Highness the Emir of Kuwait by Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court.
