Greetings for the arrival of the Holy Month of Ramadan were issued by President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan to the presidents, emirs, and kings of Arab and Islamic countries. Following the sighting of the crescent moon in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, the Holy Month of Ramadan will commence on Saturday, March 1, 2025.
Shortly after Friday’s announcement, Mohamed Bin Zayed took to the X platform to express his well wishes. I hope everyone observing in the United Arab Emirates and around the world has a wonderful month as the Holy Month of Ramadan gets underway. We pray together that God will show us mercy and give everyone peace, harmony, and unity,” he stated.
His Majesty The Vice President, Prime Minister, and ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and His Highness Similar greetings were issued to prime ministers and leaders of the Arab and Muslim worlds on the holy day by Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court.
Sheikh Mohammed wished the leaders and their citizens ongoing health and happiness and more advancement and prosperity for the Islamic and Arab worlds.
