On Friday, US President Donald Trump called on Iran to “make a deal,” threatening more “death and destruction” following Israel’s deadly assault on Iranian nuclear sites. After Israel hit 100 locations in a series of airstrikes on Friday, he made remarks on his Truth Social website.
Senior officials, including the head of the armed forces and leading nuclear experts, were killed in the operation, and Iran has referred to Israel’s barrage of attacks as a “declaration of war. President Trump stated on Friday morning, “I gave Iran chance after chance to make a deal.
He went on to say that Israel, with whom Trump has sided since he returned to the White House, has a large arsenal of weaponry that the United States has given them, and “they know how to use it.
Trump said on his Truth Social platform that although there has already been a large deal of death and devastation, there is still time to put an end to this murder, especially because the next planned strikes would be considerably more vicious. Iran must make a compromise, before there is none left… JUST DO IT, BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE,” he declared.
Trump had previously stated that he was informed about the Israeli attacks before their occurrence and emphasised that Tehran “cannot have a nuclear bomb,” according to the US station Fox News.
