The Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi Foundation and the International Charity Organisation have sent 375 tonnes of Ramadan food aid and sanitary supplies to 15,000 affected families in the Gaza Strip as part of “Operation Chivalrous Knight 3,” in keeping with the UAE’s commitment to aiding humanitarian and relief efforts for the Palestinian people.
His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, the Ruler of Ajman and a member of the Supreme Council, ordered this proposal to be implemented, and Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the Crown Prince of Ajman, diligently followed through.
By the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and as an extension of the charitable legacy established by the late founding father Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the United Arab Emirates continues to offer humanitarian assistance to its brethren in the Gaza Strip, according to Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi Foundation.
“This initiative embodies the enduring UAE values of humanitarian solidarity and confirms our wise leadership’s commitment to help our brethren in times of crisis, especially during the blessed month of Ramadan, when the meanings of fraternity and mutual support are manifested,” said Sheikh Ammar.
