King Abdullah II Bin Al Hussein of Jordan landed in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday on a fraternal visit to the United Arab Emirates. His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, welcomed him with open arms at Al Bateen Airport.

His Highness Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, Lt. General Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister, Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs Minister, Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs, Advisor to the UAE President Sheikh Mohamed Bin Hamad bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan.

Talks between President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan focused on the two countries’ close collaboration and fraternal connections, as well as how to strengthen relationships further on all levels for the benefit of both countries.

His Majesty King Abdullah was in the United Arab Emirates on a brotherly visit when the meeting was held in Qasr Al Bateen in Abu Dhabi. His Majesty was welcomed by His Highness, who emphasised the historical and long-standing connections between the UAE and Jordan as well as their shared goal of growing collaboration in a way that meets the needs of their respective populations.
