His Highness the President of the United Arab Emirates Today, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan concluded his state visit to the Republic of Turkey and left. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the President of the Republic of Turkey, invited Sheikh Mohamed to Ankara earlier today for a state visit.

President Erdoğan and Sheikh Mohamed led the first meeting of the UAE-Turkey High-Level Strategic Council. President Erdoğan welcomed Sheikh Mohamed’s visit at the start of the meeting, emphasizing that it is a major boost to bilateral ties at all levels.

In the framework of the Comprehensive Economic Partnership between the United Arab Emirates and Turkey, the two leaders talked about ways to strengthen cooperation across a range of sectors that support both countries’ development priorities and serve their shared interests during the meeting, which was held at the Presidential Complex in Ankara.

Sheikh Mohamed and President Erdoğan discussed the advancements made in bilateral relations in all areas, particularly in trade, industry, technology, and the economy, as well as in renewable energy and food security, important areas that help both nations accelerate sustainable development.
