Dr. Khalid Al Ghaith, Secretary-General of the Higher Committee of Human Fraternity (HCHF), was welcomed by President Vahagn Khachaturyan of the Republic of Armenia while he was in the capital, Yerevan, for the Third International Conference on Social Justice. President Khachaturyan commended Dr. Al Ghaith’s efforts during the conference to disseminate the ideals of universal human values and tolerance.
In light of Armenia’s expanding connection with the United Arab Emirates, the two sides discussed measures to increase cooperation in education, youth programs, and cultural initiatives to improve ties between peoples.
They highlighted how crucial it is to advance the principles of respect and tolerance as the cornerstones of regional harmony. Both sides hailed the International Conference on Social Justice as an essential forum for promoting universal human values and strengthening international communication.
President Khachaturyan recently visited the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi with Karen Grigorian, Armenia’s ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, and the accompanying team. Dr. Yousef Al-Obaidli, Director-General of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Centre, joined the Armenian President and his entourage on their tour of the mosque’s interior and exterior hallways.
