His Highness the President of the United Arab Emirates The prime minister of the Republic of Iraq, Mohammed Shia’ Al Sudani, met with Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday to discuss ways to further cooperation and assess the two nations’ strong relationship.

Sheikh Mohamed greeted the Iraqi Prime Minister during his working visit to the United Arab Emirates in Qasr Al Shati. The two sides talked on how to increase bilateral cooperation in areas that support both countries’ interests and benefit their respective populations, especially in the areas of development and the economy.

Along with sharing opinions on the most recent events in the Middle East, the President of the United Arab Emirates and the Prime Minister of Iraq also discussed several regional and global topics of mutual importance.

They emphasized the necessity of laying out a clear route to enduring peace and advancing diplomatic efforts that promote the security, stability, and prosperity of the area. They also emphasised how crucial it is to advance the State of Palestine’s recent international recognition as a step toward realising the justifiable goals of the Palestinian people.

The strength of UAE-Iraq relations and their mutual will to deepen cooperation in a manner that benefits both nations and upholds regional peace and security were reaffirmed by Sheikh Mohamed and the Prime Minister of Iraq.
