The Black Sea coast’s topography has permanently altered. This historic project is made possible by the collaboration of Swissôtel, the world-famous legacy hotel brand, Archi, the largest developer in Georgia, and NEXT, the first international Georgian developer working across three continents. To commemorate the official launch, a high-profile presentation was held at the project site on June 3. A symbolic capsule drop that marked the formal beginning of a project that would alter the regulations for premium real estate and regional tourism was the evening’s high point.
This collaboration creates a whole new benchmark for premium real estate and economic development in the area by fusing NEXT’s multi-continental resort experience with Archi’s robust local presence and Swissôtel’s international renown. The renowned worldwide architecture firm Chapman Taylor’s creative vision is the source of this huge complex’s visual identity. The design provides a distinctive three-tower architecture that rises straight from the beach, marking the first time both Swissôtel and Chapman Taylor have brought their expertise to the Black Sea shore.
The “Three Sails”—a crisp silhouette that mimics the movement of the sea while guaranteeing expansive, continuous views of the ocean from each and every apartment—are the focal point of the architectural design. Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort was designed to be a one-stop coastal community that offers lodging, amusement, entertainment, and recreation all in one location. The complex is intended to function as a vibrant, four-season destination due to its enormous magnitude.
