The new digital judicial systems were introduced on Wednesday morning by Sheikh Sultan Bin Ahmed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Judicial Council. He also reviewed the most recent advancements and digital efforts of the judicial ecosystem. At the Sharjah Judicial Department building, His Highness also saw several agreements signed.

Given its crucial role in expediting procedures, improving judicial performance efficiency, and supporting digital transformation—all of which contribute to quicker service delivery and greater customer satisfaction—His Highness confirmed that the integrated electronic system, which was introduced in accordance with the highest technical standards, represents a qualitative leap in the development of the litigation system in the Emirate of Sharjah. The Judicial Council Chairman commended the team and its affiliated institutions for completing the project on schedule.

His Highness attended a briefing on the digital services offered by the Judicial Department to its clients, which align with its goals of bolstering digital transformation and improving the effectiveness and calibre of the legal system and its offerings. His Highness was briefed on the main services provided by the different courts, their methods of operation, safe and easy access via registered accounts, the availability of information, the ease with which requests can be submitted, and the availability of multiple electronic payment options. These features help to streamline processes, speed up the processing of cases, and enhance the customer experience.
