Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation PJSC (Empower) reported a significant rise in new customer registrations across all Dubai sectors. Between 2019 and 2023, the company’s tally of new electronic customers from the public and private sectors increased by 41 percent, indicating that more people are becoming aware of and choosing Empower’s district cooling services.
The company also reported that in the first half of this year, 427,114 bill payment transactions were made through the electronic payment channels provided by Empower and its strategic partners, banks, and financial institutions. This represents an increase of 11% over the same period in the previous year.
Empower’s CEO, Ahmad Bin Shafar, stated that the company’s substantial customer base and steady business growth indicate its short—and long-term goals and demonstrate its dedication to keeping its word to shareholders. As it follows a business model that primarily aims to achieve sustainable growth in its revenues and profits by providing services that are characterised by ease, quality, and competitiveness, he said, this commitment is evident in its seriousness and dedication to continuing the prosperity and growth of its operations and services.
