The Honourable Supreme Council member and ruler of Sharjah, Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, visited Arada’s Dhs9.5 billion Masaar project, which covers 19 million square feet.
The Sharjah Ruler was received by Prince Khalid Bin Alwaleed Bin Talal Al Saud, Vice Chairman of Arada, Sheikh Sultan Bin Ahmed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and a number of business representatives.
The Masaar project, which has 3,000 residential units, was toured by the Ruler of Sharjah, who became acquainted with the services, facilities, and amenities intended to benefit every resident by offering them a fully serviced community that includes housing, infrastructure, health, education, and leisure.
Sheikh Sultan also examined a model of a residential unit in the Masaar project, looking around the rooms and amenities while hearing a thorough explanation of the design, which incorporates smart home technology. The project is ideally situated in the centre of the Masaar neighbourhood, close to the recreation area.
