With ten carefully planned zones and five spectacular stages, the eighth Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival (SEF) attracted a record-breaking 14,000 spectators and 300 international speakers. The dates for their ninth edition, which will take place from January 31 to February 1, 2026, were announced after the festival’s conclusion.

By creating an atmosphere that supported entrepreneurs, SEF 2025 enhanced Sharjah’s standing as a centre for business and innovation. Through networking events, funding opportunities, and improved visibility for small and medium-sized enterprises, its dynamic program offered beneficial business expansion opportunities. Interactive panels and lively discussions addressed various subjects, giving participants useful knowledge to hone their concepts and expand their businesses.

Furthermore, three historic MOUs were inked between regional organisations and international business titans, reaffirming Sharjah’s dedication to a founder-focused, innovation-driven ecosystem and enhancing its allure for entrepreneurs from the area and beyond.

“Under the visionary leadership and strategic guidance of our Chairperson, Sheikha Bodour bint Sultan Al Qasimi, Sheraa has expanded the entrepreneurial opportunities within the region and positioned Sharjah as a global hub for innovation and collaboration,” said Sara Abdelaziz Al Nuaimi, CEO of Sharjah Entrepreneurship Centre (Sheraa), in response to the overwhelming success of SEF 2025. SEF 2025 reflected our “Where We Belong” concept and is a monument to what can be accomplished when a community comes together with passion and purpose.
