Dubai’s Road and Transport Authority (RTA) has unveiled a refreshed look for the Dubai Tram to mark its 20th anniversary, giving commuters a visual treat as part of the celebrations. The new design features a sleek dark blue exterior with the number ‘20’ stretching across the sides and the slogan “20 Years Celebrating Moving Forward” displayed prominently in the centre. The design blends modern aesthetics with Dubai’s commitment to advancing its transport infrastructure.
As part of the anniversary celebrations, RTA has also introduced a series of exclusive perks for residents and visitors. These include discounts on movie tickets, offers on select online orders, and special experiences at key transport locations.
Passengers travelling through Dubai International Airport, riding the Metro, or using the Tram can enjoy these festive touches throughout the city. The initiative celebrates two decades of innovation, connectivity, and progress in Dubai’s transportation system, reflecting RTA’s ongoing vision to enhance urban mobility and enrich passenger experience. Along with the tram renovation, the RTA has also introduced some deals and incentives for both locals and tourists.
