In honor of World Diabetes Day, NMC Healthcare, one of the biggest private healthcare providers in the United Arab Emirates, is providing free health examinations on November 14, 2025. A few malls and community shopping centers in the United Arab Emirates will host the checks.
The free health examinations, which include blood pressure, blood cholesterol, blood glucose, and BMI measurements—all crucial for the early detection and prevention of diabetes—are offered at the NMC kiosks without an appointment.
“People of all ages and backgrounds can be affected by diabetes,” said Dr. Zaka ullah Khan, Chief Clinical Officer of NMC Healthcare. Patients can receive early medical intervention and lifestyle modifications when prediabetes and diabetes are detected through screening like this. These actions can lower the risk of major complications like heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, nerve damage, and eye issues. NMC is dedicated to spreading knowledge about diabetes and the preventative measures that may be taken on World Diabetes Day and every day.
NMC Healthcare is one of the largest private healthcare systems in the United Arab Emirates. Over 80 healthcare institutions, including JCI-accredited multispecialty hospitals, medical centers, community clinics, day surgery centers, home health services, and long-term care facilities, make up NMC’s network.
