Paige Louise Williams had big dreams but no business strategy when she borrowed £20,000 from her grandmother to start her own beauty parlor. She just left her position at the MAC cosmetics counter to work as a freelance makeup artist, despite having no qualifications when she left school.

With a predicted turnover of £138 million this year, P. Louise’s beauty empire has grown over the past ten years to become a household brand adored by millions worldwide.

The 32-year-old businesswoman, who was up on a council estate in Droylsden, in the Tameside region of Greater Manchester, stated, “I hope that anyone that steps into my world realises that anything is possible.

After leaving college to pursue a career as a children’s social worker, Paige began working in the cosmetics industry. Motivated by drag makeup, Paige established a distinctive beauty aesthetic that drew in a devoted and expanding clientele.

At this point, she requested a loan from her grandmother, a part-time cleaner, so that she might start her own salon in Prestwich. Fortunately for Paige, her grandmother concurred, totally supporting her granddaughter’s will to achieve.
