With effect from March 11, 2026, Q Mobility has announced the activation of multi-story parking facilities in Mohamed Bin Zayed City’s commercial sectors, which will be overseen by the Department of Municipalities and Transport’s Integrated Transport Center.
This action is a part of continuous initiatives to control parking usage, ease traffic, and promote local mobility in keeping with the city’s explosive growth while improving the road user experience. The parking structures, which include two multi-story buildings in ME10, are spread over four key locations in sectors ME9, ME10, and ME12. In addition to improving traffic flow within the business center, this expansion is intended to meet the growing demand for parking spaces.
There will be 1,446 parking spots available, divided as follows: 682 spaces in ME9, 346 spaces in ME10, and 418 spaces in ME12, including spaces set aside for People of Determination. This reflects Q Mobility’s dedication to creating a sustainable and inclusive mobility environment that enhances Mohamed Bin Zayed City’s quality of life. One of Abu Dhabi’s liveliest neighborhoods is Mohamed Bin Zayed City, which has heavy daily traffic because of the demand for its business sectors from both workers and tourists.
