At the FUTURE INNOVATORS event, which took place at the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTI Park), Italy, the second-largest supplier to the United Arab Emirates among EU countries, offered a preview of the superiority of Italian businesses in the Creative Industries and Artificial Intelligence.

The speakers covered many important subjects, such as the creative industries, artificial intelligence, innovation, sustainability, fashion, and design, that are motivating Italian businesspeople and fostering bilateral commerce.

Italiacamp, the Italian Embassy in the United Arab Emirates, the Consulate General of Italy in Dubai, and the Italian Cultural Institute in Abu Dhabi are promoting the program as part of “A Journey through Made in Italy,” a week-long trip through Italian excellence in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah from April 14 to 17. The program is organised in partnership with Challenge Network and Triumph MENA, which is a division of Triumph Group International Benefit Corporation, and aims to celebrate high standards not only in manufacturing, fashion, and food, but also primarily as an expression of research, art, creativity, enterprise, and craftsmanship.

Speaking about the flourishing economic ties between Italy and the United Arab Emirates, Edoardo Napoli, the Italian Consul General in Dubai, praised SRTI Park’s role in embracing and hosting multinational enterprises to develop market-leading goods using cutting-edge technology.
