Aisha Miran, Director-General of KHDA, states that the organisation is dedicated to ensuring that educational institutions and schools in Dubai provide the best possible education, in line with the leadership’s goal of making Dubai a global leader in learning and education.
During a conversation with editors-in-chief of UAE media outlets, Aisha Miran emphasised the Authority’s commitment to offering top-notch instruction in Dubai’s private schools. She also stressed the continuous efforts to maintain educational standards, such as the yearly school inspections. She also stressed that student welfare is still the top priority, pointing out that three schools were closed at the conclusion of the 2023–2024 school year for not meeting quality standards.
Local media leaders and chief editors of UAE newspapers were present at the session, as was Mona Al Marri, Vice Chairperson and Managing Director of the Dubai Media Council and Director-General of GDMO.
