The Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence, Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, attended the graduation ceremony of three cohorts of Arab and international leadership and capacity-building programs. The UAE organised these programs in collaboration with other nations and international organisations as part of government knowledge exchange initiatives.

The second cohort of the Future Government Leaders in the Arab World Program, which was carried out in collaboration with the UAE government, the Arab Organisation for Administrative Development in the League of Arab States, and the Government Knowledge Exchange Office, was among the graduating cohorts at the World Governments Summit 2025. Forty young leaders from 20 Arab nations graduated from the program.

Graduates of the inaugural class of the International Cybersecurity Leadership Program, which was started in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Council and the Government Knowledge Exchange Office, were also acknowledged. There were 29 top cybersecurity experts from around the world in this graduating class.

The inaugural cohort of the International Accelerators Ambassadors Program, which was arranged in partnership between the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) and the UAE Government, was also graduated in front of Sheikh Hamdan. Fourteen individuals from ICAO member states graduated from the program.
