Returning to the Dubai World Trade Centre from November 4–6, Gulfood Manufacturing 2025 will be the largest and most globally varied edition to date, with a 32% increase over the previous year.
All facets of the food production value chain, including ingredients, processing, packaging, supply chain solutions, and automation, will be covered by the 2,500 exhibitors from 79 nations spread across 21 halls.
The show represents Dubai’s ascent as the world’s hub for food innovation, investment, and industrial transformation. It is anchored by 90% participation from the top food manufacturing brands in the world, such as Chocolake, IMCD, Multivac Middle East FZE, and SIG, and is augmented by a wave of fearless new innovators.
This quick growth is in line with the GCC’s investment drive, as governments have committed more than $3.8 billion to agri-innovation and food technology to support regional processing and food security.
