Internship-programme

The Exposure program, a comprehensive, two-year, customized program for recent Emirati graduates, has been introduced by Expo City Dubai’s Real Estate and Development division. It will give them the knowledge, abilities, and experience they need to steer the future of sustainable urban development and real estate in the UAE.

The new curriculum will develop future leaders capable of managing the whole real estate value chain, a strategic pipeline that will close the gap between academic theory and professional leadership. Expo City, as master developer, is dedicated to advancing sustainable urban life.

In line with the D33 Economic Agenda, which will assist in integrating thousands of young Emiratis into the workforce as part of a transition to a knowledge-based, sustainable, and innovative economy, the project promotes Expo City’s growth as a hub in Dubai’s 2040 Urban Master Plan.

The initiative, which covers design and development, project delivery, sales and marketing, program controls, and procurement, is available to UAE citizens who have completed courses in urban planning, engineering, and business within the last two years.
