The Emirates Group has accelerated this stage of its expansion by launching a worldwide talent search and acquisition campaign. The aviation giant plans to hire 17,300 individuals for 350 positions this fiscal year. These positions cover every aspect, function, and activity of Emirates and Dnata, a top worldwide supplier of air and travel services.

Cabin crew, pilots, engineers, commercial and sales teams, customer service, ground handling, catering, IT, HR, and finance are among the positions that need hundreds of new hires. More than 4,000 cargo, catering, and ground handling experts are needed by Dnata.

To find the top pilots, IT specialists, engineers, and talent for cabin crew positions, the Group will hold more than 2,100 open days and other talent acquisition events in 150 locations throughout the year. This also includes activities held in Dubai to interact with UAE nationals and recent grads.
