In order to assist foreign investors and businesses looking to set up shop in Dubai, Dubai Chambers has announced the opening of Dubai Hub London, its first international center. This center will provide integrated government and private sector services.

With easy access to legal, real estate, and economic services all under one roof, the new center supports the leadership’s goal of establishing Dubai as a worldwide corporate hub. It improves the emirate’s standing as a business-friendly location while streamlining processes for investors and businesses.

Dubai Hub London, a certified platform that helps Dubai’s international economic status, is run by Al Burj Holding as a government service outsourcing center under the supervision of Dubai Chambers.

The center will initially provide services from the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs, Dubai Courts, Dubai Land Department, and Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. In later stages, they will be extended to include other government agencies and encompass property, licensing, legal, and administrative procedures.

Services including property appraisal, data update, and map publication will be provided by the Dubai Land Department. The Department of Economy and Tourism will handle trade name reservations and license issuance, renewal, and revisions. The Dubai Courts will provide services such as contract attestation, document translation, signature verification, certificate creation, and declaration registration.
