During the summer, 44 young men and women benefited from a series of seminars conducted by the Social Empowerment Foundation (SSEF) as part of its groundbreaking youth initiative, “Sanad Al Bayt,” which supports fatherless children. The project, which aims to improve young people’s leadership skills, has benefited 857 people since it began.

An integrated leadership initiative called “Sanad Al Bayt” aims to empower fatherless children intellectually, socially, and psychologically while encouraging a giving attitude and active involvement in family life. The project’s goal is to develop creative, well-rounded youth who can meet life’s obstacles and provide loving, responsible support to their families and communities.

Nawal Al Hamdi, Director of the Social Welfare Department, stated, “Sanad Al Bayt is not just a social and development project, but rather a platform for building a more cohesive family, highlighting the values of leadership, giving, and shared responsibility.”

“Sanad Al Bayt is distinguished by its comprehensive approach, which focuses on encouraging and instilling the values of family cooperation and integration, as well as developing a balanced personality and building strong, resilient individuals capable of achieving a balance between self and social responsibility,” she added.
