The Canadian Consulate General in Dubai and the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) talked about methods to deepen economic collaboration and turn existing trade and investment relationships into strategic alliances.

The institutional frameworks to assist the business communities in Sharjah and Canada were discussed. These frameworks included a suggestion to formalize collaboration through memorandums of understanding between private sector groups and cooperative participation in trade exhibits.

This occurred when Anthony Finch, Deputy Consul General and Senior Trade Commissioner of the Consulate General of Canada in Dubai, was greeted by SCCI Chairman Abdallah Sultan Al Owais. Several officials from both sides attended the conference.

The meeting’s main goal was to improve business players’ ability to communicate with one another in order to develop the strong commercial ties between the UAE and Canada. In order to draw value-driven investments to important knowledge-based industries, including artificial intelligence, healthcare, and education, the Sharjah Chamber presented its strategic plan.

The Chamber also acknowledged the significant economic contributions made by Canadian companies to Sharjah, pointing out that they provide a strong basis for furthering the two countries’ common development objectives.
