His Highness Sheikh Khaled Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, attended the second edition of the DRIFTx exhibition, organised by the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) at Yas Marina Circuit.
During his visit, Sheikh Khaled praised the efforts of the Smart and Autonomous Systems Council, chaired by Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, for advancing Abu Dhabi’s position as a global hub for innovation and next-generation autonomous technologies. He highlighted that these efforts align with the emirate’s economic vision to establish an advanced infrastructure that strengthens global leadership in technology, artificial intelligence, and their applications across key sectors.
Held as part of the inaugural Abu Dhabi Autonomous Week, DRIFTx is organised by the Smart and Autonomous Systems Council (SASC) and brings together global experts in the field of smart mobility to explore the latest developments shaping the future of autonomous systems. The exhibition fosters collaboration and competitiveness within the sector by promoting sustainable and efficient mobility solutions that enhance quality of life.
Sheikh Khaled, accompanied by Sheikh Zayed Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, toured the exhibition, visiting pavilions showcasing next-generation mobility technologies by leading national and international companies.
