During a lavish ceremony at the Grand Egyptian Museum, the UAE-based company Research Science Investment (RSI) declared that the National Reading Program in Egypt had risen to a higher level of impact in recent years. This achievement was achieved in collaboration with a number of Egyptian government agencies, including Al-Azhar Al-Sharif and the Ministries of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports.

Through sophisticated procedures and consistent efforts throughout the years, the program has helped to guide Egypt’s children and youth toward ongoing functional, creative, and critical reading. These initiatives have covered schools, universities, a range of educational sectors, and cultural institutions across several Egyptian governorates.

Prominent politicians, public personalities, knowledge producers, and individuals with an interest in cultural, educational, pedagogical, and media issues attended the event, and the honorees from Egyptian colleges and institutions were praised for their caliber.

“The Egyptian sky has embraced, across times and eras, those who contemplated it thoughtfully and rationally, looking with their insight, realizing that its narrative is not like all other narratives, and also understanding that it will definitely return with strength to shine brightly,” said Mrs. Al Shamsi, Head of Research Scientific Investment, during the ceremony.
