His Highness Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, honoured the GovTech Prize and Global Best M-Gov Award winners at the World Governments Summit 2025 in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai.
To influence the future of governance, heads of state and government, decision-makers, visionaries, and business leaders from around the globe come together for the Summit, which will be held in Dubai from February 11 to February 13.

According to Sheikh Mansour, technological innovation is a major force behind creating a brighter future, empowering communities, and allowing governments to enact game-changing policies that improve people’s quality of life.
