
According to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), rain is predicted to persist until Sunday in the eastern and southern regions of the United Arab Emirates. On Friday, heavy and light rains were recorded in various parts of the country, including the Al-Bithnah-Al-Farfar road in Fujairah, the Dubai-Al Ain road, and the Al-Hayer road.
According to the NCM, Saturday’s weather will be clear to partly overcast, with the possibility of cumulus clouds forming in the south and east, which might result in rain. In certain coastal and western interior regions, Saturday night and Sunday morning will be humid, with the potential for fog or light fog development. The NCM predicts clear to partly overcast conditions for Sunday, with the possibility of cumulus cloud development in the east and south in the afternoon, which might result in rainfall.
Some western regions will experience humid conditions on Sunday evening and Monday morning, with the potential for fog or light fog formation. Southeasterly to northeasterly winds, which range from 10 to 25 km/h (30 to 35 km/h) during the day, will be light in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman. According to the NCM, lowest temperatures will be between 27°C and 34°C, while maximum temperatures will be between 34°C and 40°C.
