
Air Arabia Abu Dhabi has increased its fleet with the acquisition of two Airbus A320 aircraft, bringing its total fleet size to 12 aircraft. The carrier revealed intentions to add two additional Airbus A320 planes before the end of the year. This projected fleet increase will improve overall capacity by 40 percent in 2025, further confirming Air Arabia Abu Dhabi’s commitment to the growth of Abu Dhabi’s aviation industry and the emirate’s broader economic growth.
Air Arabia group CEO Adel Al Ali said: “The introduction of new airplanes and our smart fleet expansion reflect our continued commitment to increasing productivity and expanding our network reach. This increase supports the growing demand for air travel to and from Abu Dhabi.
The projected capacity expansion in 2025 will further contribute to the capital’s larger economic and tourist agenda while continuing to deliver focused on value air travel to our customers,” he added. Air Arabia Abu Dhabi’s latest network extensions comprise new routes to Yerevan, Almaty, and Sialkot, substantially increasing its reach. The airline currently offers non-stop service to over 30 locations spanning the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, the Indian Subcontinent, and Eastern Europe from Abu Dhabi, providing seamless travel options for residents, businesses, and visitors.
