Valued at €14.85 million, the newly purchased “Hotel & Spa by the Ocean” stands along the beachfront, offering 110 rooms that face the blue waters of the Mediterranean.
The acquisition is more than a real estate deal—it’s a personal project backed and managed by the TY Family Office in collaboration with Nest Capital Partners LLC.
, a longtime associate and the head of Nest Capital, will be co-leading the operations, alongside legal advisors Atty. Raymond Lam (Singapore), Atty. M. Taher (UAE), and Atty. Emmanouli Pararas (Greece).
