Globally recognised artist Alec Monopoly has been commissioned by Citi Developers to create a series of unique pieces that elevate important areas of the skyscraper in order to further this concept.
During an exclusive contract signing event at the Citi Developers Experience Centre, visitors got to see the artist in action and get a close-up look at Alec Monopoly’s debut painting for ARYA. We wanted the spaces to be vital, not just noisy. Alec’s work offers that: a hint of irreverence amid tasteful restraint.
From the horizon-defining Eleventh Sky to the immersive Galore Ground Floor featuring Alec Monopoly’s large graffiti in the triple-height lobby, ARYA provides a multisensory experience via awe, water, and wellness. Roman warm baths, custom hammams, movie lounges, and suspended rooftop bars are more than just extras; they are the real source of inspiration for Neo-Luxury enthusiasts. ARYA, which is situated on the Dubai Islands, is a place to stop, think, and interact with space more thoughtfully. It persists, but it’s not loud.
