To co-develop a worldwide youth training program centred on digital content production, emotional intelligence, and anti-discrimination activism, UNESCO has formally partnered with Sergey Kosenko, who is known to his 67 million followers as “Mr. Thank You.” Kosenko gave the keynote lecture at UNESCO’s 2025 Masterclass Against Racism and Discrimination, which was recently held in Paris, which sparked the partnership.

Many people consider Kosenko to be one of the most important content producers in the world, with over 2 billion views each month across all platforms. With his collaboration with UNESCO, organisations are using social media influencers to provide impact education in a new way. The initiative aims to promote cross-cultural understanding and constructive social change by integrating values-based digital storytelling with practical IT skills for underprivileged youngsters between the ages of 15 and 30.

The program’s technical courses in social media platform administration, personal growth seminars, and digital business sessions are important elements. Additionally, the curriculum will incorporate artistic forms including spoken word, dance, and visual storytelling, resulting in a comprehensive strategy for empowering young people. User-generated campaigns, multimedia material, and the co-publication of an educator toolbox on anti-discrimination measures are among the expected results.
