Romain Gerardin-Fresse, widely recognised as one of the region’s leading legal strategists, has established a global reputation for advising governments, institutional investors, and significant economic actors on intricate legal issues spanning many jurisdictions. His inclusion in the list of honourees indicates the MENA region’s increasing acknowledgement of legal architecture as a key component of political and economic stability.

His Excellency’s keynote address Sheikh Nahayan reiterated the UAE’s dedication to fostering an environment that is inclusive, opportunity-driven, and future-focused. He hailed this year’s prize winners as exceptional representatives whose efforts bolster the Emirates’ standing as a centre for collaboration and innovation worldwide.

The honour is given to Mr. Gerardin-Fresse when he has been increasingly involved in high-stakes advice missions around Europe and the Gulf. He is a sought-after figure in regulatory and dispute resolution situations because of his ability to handle institutional intricacies and protect legal interests in delicate talks.

Other notable leaders joined him at the ceremony, including Tauseef Hayat Khan, a well-known figure in banking and investment strategy; Paras Shahdadpuri, Chairman of the Nikai Group and a pioneer of Indo-UAE business relations; Munawar Haziq, President of Emirates Airline India; and Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, who was recognised for his contributions to the UAE’s real estate and construction sectors.
