The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) reports that light to moderate rains fell on Abu Dhabi, its suburbs, and Al Ain on Thursday amid cloudy weather and a relative drop in temperature. The NCM predicts that these rains will last for five days because the country is being impacted by an extension of a surface low-pressure system, along with a weak upper-air low-pressure trough. According to the NCM, Friday’s weather is expected to be partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with the possibility of convective clouds and rain in certain parts of the nation, as well as an increase in temperature in some places.
According to the NCM, the sea will be light to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman, and the winds will be southeasterly to southwesterly, light to moderate, and occasionally vigorous, stirring dust during the day at rates of 10 to 25 km/h. The NCM predicts that Saturday’s weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with a chance of some convective clouds and rains in various parts of the nation. The winds will be light to moderate, northeasterly to southeasterly, occasionally active, and stirring dust, with speeds ranging from 15 to 25, or 40 km/h.
