On Sunday, the 36th Sharjah Ramadan Festival 2026 got underway in the Central and Eastern parts of the emirate, as well as in other cities and regions. With the theme “Ramadan Spirit in the Heart of Sharjah,” the festival, which is organised by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), will continue until March 25 and provide 39 days of family-friendly entertainment that blends cultural events and shopping discounts.

The fact that this year’s event falls during the UAE’s “Year of Family” highlights SCCI’s dedication to fostering social cohesion and enhancing family ties while offering a wide range of retail and service options to satisfy various household needs in one location. It includes a wide range of successful families, business owners, and small businesses, as well as large shopping centers, retail stores, and a variety of domestic and foreign brands.

The Sharjah retail promotions 2025–2026 campaign, which started on December 1, includes the emirate-wide festival. It aims to create an integrated shopping season that combines competitions, cultural events, and significant discounts. By providing substantial promotions and high-value rewards, participating malls actively compete and support a coordinated plan meant to stimulate the retail industry and increase commercial activity.
